Our office participates with Medicare and most managed care plans. We do expect payment from you at the time of service for all co-payments and non-covered charges. In addition to cash or check, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
If you are a Medicare patient, you are responsible for the annual deductible as well as the 20% copay of the Medicare allowable charge. Please note that Medicare does not pay for the refraction involved in most eye exams; this charge is the patient’s responsibility.
